Acanthus Tours specializes in tailor-made group travel in Germany and Central Europe. We arrange round trips, city stays, youth travel programs, special interest tours and Corporate & MICE services.
Who do you work with?
We work exclusively in the B2B sector with international tour operators, travel agencies, group travel organizers, schools, associations and corporate & MICE agencies.
Which destinations do you cover?
Germany is our main destination. In addition, we also arrange travel services in some of Germany’s neighboring countries such as Austria, Switzerland, Czechia and Poland.
Are your tours tailor-made?
Yes. All our programs can be adapted to your group’s individual requirements. Tour duration, routing, hotel category, sightseeing program, activities and other services can be customized according to your wishes.
Can we book individual services instead of a complete tour?
Yes. You can book a complete travel program or only the services you require, such as hotels, coach transportation, transfers, tour managers, local guides, restaurants, entrance tickets and activities.
Do you offer join-in tours or guaranteed departures?
No. Our services are designed exclusively for closed groups. We do not offer join-in tours or guaranteed departures for individual travellers.
Do you arrange flights?
Flights are usually arranged directly by our clients. We take care of all land arrangements in Germany and Central Europe, including accommodation, transportation, guides, sightseeing, restaurants and activities from arrival to departure.
How long has Acanthus Tours been operating?
Acanthus Tours has been operating as a Germany-based DMC and incoming agency since 2000.
How can we request a proposal?
Simply send us an email with your group details, travel dates, destination and ideas – or you are welcome to refer to one of our tour ideas as a starting point. An approximate budget and your preferred hotel category are also very helpful, as they allow us to prepare a proposal tailored to your group’s requirements.
