Collection, Processing and Storage of Data
You can use our website without us collecting personal data from you without your consent. However, the collection of personal data is required for the conclusion and execution of a contract or in the context of contacting Acanthus Tours. This data will be used solely for the aforementioned purposes without your explicit consent for any other use. Furthermore, use is limited to the extent necessary for the specific purpose, e.g., contract initiation, execution, and processing. Once the purpose has been fulfilled, your data will be stored in compliance with tax and commercial law retention periods, but will be deleted after these periods expire. Log files are saved on the server with each access to our websites and every time a file is retrieved. This data cannot be technically assigned by us to specific persons. A combination or comparison of this data with other data sources is not performed. Each data record consists of:

Furthermore, data required for contract initiation, execution, and processing of legal transactions or which must be stored for billing purposes is exempt. Contact Form
Data collected via our contact form will only be used to process inquiries received through the contact form. After processing the inquiry, the collected data will be deleted within six months.
Server Log Files (Statistical Analysis)
When accessing this website or individual files on the website, we collect, process, and store the following data: IP address, website from which the file was retrieved, name of the file, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, and notification of successful retrieval (so-called web log).

The personal data collected by us will be passed on within the framework of contract execution to the transport company commissioned with the delivery of goods, the touristic service provider (e.g., the hotel), or the transport company commissioned with the execution of a trip, insofar as this is necessary for the execution of a mediated hotel reservation or the execution of a package tour. As part of processing legal transactions, we pass on your payment data to the credit institution or payment service provider commissioned with payment processing. Third parties integrated into contract execution and processing may fundamentally only process and use your data for order processing and fulfillment of the contractual relationship. Otherwise, no transmission of your personal data to third parties takes place unless we are legally obligated to do so due to statutory provisions and corresponding judicial or administrative orders.
