Highlights Across Central Europe
Experience some of Central Europe’s most fascinating cities on this varied journey. From Berlin and Potsdam, the route continues via Baroque Dresden and historic Prague to Mozart’s city of Salzburg and finally to Munich. Important cultural landmarks, historic old towns and distinct regional traditions make this a diverse journey through Germany, the Czech Republic and Austria.

Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival in Berlin
Welcome to Berlin! Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, there may be time for a first walk through the German capital.
Overnight in Berlin
Day 2 – Berlin
During a guided city tour, discover Berlin’s most important sights, including the Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag and government district, Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie and Alexanderplatz. At the same time, you will gain an insight into the city’s eventful history.
In the afternoon, experience Berlin from a different perspective during a boat cruise on the River Spree. Afterwards, there is time for your own activities.

Day 3 – Berlin – Potsdam – Dresden
After breakfast, leave Berlin and travel first to Potsdam. During a guided tour, discover the former residence of the Prussian kings, including the famous Sanssouci Palace and Park as well as parts of the historic city centre.
Continue to Dresden afterwards. Following hotel check-in, there is time for a first walk through the Baroque old town.

Day 4 – Dresden
Today, explore Dresden in more detail during a guided city tour. Highlights include the Church of Our Lady, Semper Opera House, Zwinger Palace, Procession of Princes and Royal Palace.
The afternoon can be used for a visit to one of Dresden’s renowned museums, such as the Old Masters Picture Gallery or the Green Vault. Alternatively, a boat cruise on the River Elbe can be arranged.

Day 5 – Dresden – Prague
After breakfast, continue to Prague. Upon arrival, discover the historic old town during a first guided walk, including the Old Town Square, Astronomical Clock and Charles Bridge.
Afterwards, there is time to enjoy the special atmosphere of the Czech capital at your own pace.
Overnight in Prague
Day 6 – Prague
Today, enjoy a full day in Prague. During a guided tour, discover Prague Castle with St. Vitus Cathedral, the historic Castle District and the picturesque Lesser Town.
The afternoon is at leisure. Optionally, the program can be complemented by a boat cruise on the Vltava River or a group dinner in a traditional restaurant.

Day 7 – Prague – Salzburg
After breakfast, leave Prague and travel through Bohemia and Austria to Salzburg. Upon arrival, discover Mozart’s city during a guided walking tour. Highlights include the historic old town, Mirabell Palace, Salzburg Cathedral, Getreidegasse and Mozart’s Birthplace.
The evening is at leisure.
Overnight in Salzburg
Day 8 – Salzburg – Munich
The morning is still available for Salzburg. An optional visit to Hohensalzburg Fortress offers impressive views over the city and the surrounding Alps.
Continue to Munich afterwards. Following hotel check-in, you may enjoy a first walk around Marienplatz and Viktualienmarkt in the Bavarian capital.

Day 9 – Munich
During a guided city tour, discover Munich’s main sights, including Marienplatz, Frauenkirche, the Residence, Königsplatz and Nymphenburg Palace.
The afternoon is at leisure. In the evening, the journey can conclude with a traditional Bavarian evening in a typical Munich restaurant or beer hall.

Day 10 – Departure
After breakfast, your journey comes to an end. Transfer to the airport or main railway station for your individual onward journey.
